Competencies for the future

CenSE places an important focus on the personal development of the individual. 

In an increasingly fast-changing society, future-oriented competences are essential, both on an organisational and individual level. Therefore, we actively pursue research projects on competencies of the future (sustainability competencies, digital and entrepreneurial competencies) and on innovation in the learning process.
