Collaboration in research
Practice-oriented scientific research
CenSE conducts innovative and quality practice-oriented scientific research on sustainable entrepreneurship among family businesses and SMEs.
Our research themes are based on practical questions from the field and always lead to useful output for the field. Our research also leads to publications in applied, practice-oriented and academic journals and various other media.
CenSE conducts research mainly in Flanders and Brussels where the Odisee campuses are located. We enter into broader national, European and international alliances in function of sustainable business management of family businesses and SMEs based in Flanders and Brussels. Funding for this research is therefore diverse (local, regional, international, etc.), but CenSE is careful to ensure that scientific independence and integrity is maintained.
