As part of the EU's Twin (green and 'digital) Transition, CenSE focuses on researching and supporting SMEs on sustainable transition.

Projects within this theme focus on, among other things, supporting SMEs and family businesses in:

- evaluating their digital readiness,

- using digital technologies ,

- adopting digital skills, and

- using generative AI capabilities,

to prepare them for the challenges of the present and future.

In this project, we investigate the possibility of making the regular labor market more accessible to specific target groups through digital work instructions in different sectors, as well as engaging target groups (especially from social workshops) in more complex assembly and production.
