Expertise: Competencies for the future

CenSE places an important focus on the personal development of the individual. In an ever faster evolving society, future-oriented competencies are essential, both on an organizational and personal level. Therefore, we actively pursue research projects on competencies of the future (sustainability competencies, digital and entrepreneurial competencies) and on innovation in the learning process.
