Objective

The project aims to democratize DevOps skills by removing barriers for target groups that today are less likely to find access to IT training:

  • women,
  • adults without a technical background,
  • and other underrepresented groups.

By linking DevOps to sustainability and making the training fully online, flexible and beginner-friendly, the project opens up new career paths in a high-growth sector.

What does the training offer?

The DevOps Academy is developing a learning path that:

  • teachespractical, job-oriented skills,
  • is suitable for absolute beginners,
  • is supported by a community and mentors,
  • and is completely free to access.

The training is aimed at people considering a career switch who have no prior technical training, but want to enter a future-oriented IT role.
