We support custom companies with UpskillOpMaat by developing and demonstrating practical applications of Industry 4.0 technologies. We do this to help bespoke companies provide quality assurance, upskill employees and digitize their operations. Through research and the development of smart configurators and training modules for supervisory coaches, we address these challenges in concrete terms.

The UpskillOpMaat project focuses on supporting customized companies to get people permanently employed and reduce the distance to the regular labor market. This is done by applying industry 4.0 technologies practically, with a focus on quality assurance, upskilling employees and digitalization.
Smart configurators and training modules for guidance coaches make technology simpler and more accessible. The project responds to the need for efficient and people-oriented solutions in the customization sector, where technology integration is often a challenge. It also establishes an ecosystem to share knowledge and innovation within the industry and beyond.
