Inclusion coach

The inclusion coach offers individual coaching and coaches you during your personal growth process. The guidance is aimed at monitoring and strengthening both your study process and your well-being. Guidance from an inclusion coach can be granted as a facility. This is often a logical continuation of previous guidance from a support team in secondary school (integrated education).

The individual coaching can focus on many different aspects of being a student:

  • Introduction: to teachers, fellow students and/or internship
  • Study skills: study method, planning and organization of the study, problem-solving ability, self-direction…
  • Social-emotional well-being: getting used to higher education, student life and student housing, feeling good in a new environment, self-confidence, placing events in their context…
  • Communication: contacting teachers and fellow students, asking for help, raising obstacles, taking initiative…
  • Psycho-education: insight into own possibilities and limitations…
