If you experience a technical problem during an online exam, first of all check the status page, where all known technical problems (and possible workarounds) are listed.

In case of technical problems with your laptop, internet connection and/or technology used, you are REQUIRED to contact the ICT Help Center immediately.

If circumstances prevent you from starting your test until after the start of the exam, always contact your instructor.

  • For urgent problems/support during online exams OFFCAMPUS may activate a helpline. The instructor will notify you. If this is the case, in case of problems you can call 0800/20.017 (+32 9 331 65 10 from abroad) 
    TIP: make a note of this phone number and the URL of the status pageso you always have them quickly to hand.
  • It is important that you take a test exam beforehand. The instructor will make e necessary arrangements with you about this.
  • If the helpline is not available in case of a technical problem, please notify your instructor immediately.
  • For non-urgent problems, you should create a ticket via servicedesk.odisee.be, ticket type "online class or exam, support requested".
